If you are on a cure
or if you have chosen a Pass’ or weekend package: all "freedom" care is included and you have access to the Espace Hydromarin ® at the times below. In addition, you have extended opening times during your half day of treatment. Please ask at Reception!
You are a visitor
or accompanying a person undergoing a cure, there are two ways of accessing the Espace ® Hydromarin available to you :
• conventional admission
gives access to the Hydromarin ® pool, the sauna and the steam room only €19
• Privilege admission
which makes it possible to enjoy our 7 "freedom" treatment as much as you like - bathrobe and towel included €25*
Opening times for visitors and those accompanying :
Monday to Thursday :
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday :
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday :
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday :
from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Free aquagym from Monday to Saturday morning at 12 p.m., 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m.
If you wish, our lifeguards are available for swimming lessons.
THE 7 "FREEDOM" TREATMENTS FOR PATIENTS TAKING A CURE
1 The seawater pool...
A swimming area which is ideal to keep in shape and do a few lengths, with the added goodness of sea water heated to 32°!
Note that our lifeguards are on hand to tell you all about the activities which are most beneficial to you. Also for you, the underwater jets set at different heights, the waterfall, the jacuzzi and the whirlpool baths. A complement to your care which we advise you to enjoy without moderation! (bathing cap required).
2 Sauna
The sauna? A treatment which has proved its worth and whose virtues need no further demonstration! It is perfect when it comes to eliminating toxins while promoting cardiac and renal stimulation by dry heat ... Try it!
3 Hammam
As is the case with the sauna, the virtues of the hammam steam bath have been known for centuries around the world. This "Liberty treatment" eliminates toxins and humidifies the respiratory tract by damp heat.
4 The river of cold seawater over pebbles
You walk in the cold sea water across a pebble bed... For you, an ideal exercise to promote blood circulation and act positively on the issue of heavy legs. In addition, the pebbles make the arch of your foot work harder. Effective and invigorating !
5 The herbal tea room
Take a break at the herbal tea room... what a great idea! For you, access is free and unrestricted! As you sit in a comfortable armchair, you can enjoy our delicious blends (relaxing, slimming), as much as you like, for their soothing goodness !
6 The gym
The gym is also open to you to work on your stamina and cardio training For you: - 1 magnetic rower, - 1 magnetic resistance bike, - 2 elliptic bikes, - treadmills and wall bars, etc Thanks to the gym and the energy that you will expend there during your holiday with us, you will be able to build up your fitness capital even more. It is so valuable in order to face the difficulties of everyday life ....
7 The aromatherapy room
Get carried away on a wave of soothing serenity which wraps itself around you gently...In this kingdom of well-being and tranquillity, essential oils are disseminated by a particularly efficient ultrasound system. The relaxing music simply adds to the peace and tranquillity, again and again ...r le repos et la sérénité, encore et encore…
Baby swimming, baby joy: what days and what times?
20 min sessions, a duration especially suited to baby:
join us at 9:30 a.m. or 10 a.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Access forbidden to children suffering from an infection • Vaccinations compulsory (BCG) • Provide a special swimming nappy or a swimsuit • Remember to bring a bottle to feed baby after the sessions.
