For you, "anti-pain" back care and treatment to relieve muscle tension. During your thalasso, holiday, you will also enjoy "Special Back" aquagym sessions and 3 "dry" gymnastics sessions. The aquagym works by using the weightlessness in the water to avoid wear to the joints and subsequent pain. The dry gymnastics sessions are used to learn the thousand and one techniques to spare your back and prepare for life after the thalasso holiday.
